In order to encourage employees，Beijing Hanmi pharm. Co., Ltd provides opportunities to excellent employees selected as Elite Hanmi according to their performance in 2012 to go to Hanmi Headquater in South Korea for training and touring . From April 1 to 5, 2013, 40 excellent employees had a five-day trip in South Korea. They visited the best hospitals, such as Samsung Seoul Hospital and Seoul National University Hospital. They also visited Korea Hanmi pharm. Co., Ltd, the R & D center and the Bantan factory. The president Lin of Hanmi pharm. Co., Ltd held the welcoming ceremony, and encouraged everyone to work as hard as before.
