"It is a destiny that we know each other, it is lucky to walk into the company"---It was the words of Hanmi's elites that attracted me to join Hanmi. For the last few years when I worked in Hanmi, first of all, I am very grateful to my immediate leader, Wang Yan (Regional Manager) for guidelines, encouragement and provision of training opportunities to my work in my initial entry into the sales industry. I earned my first job after joining Beijing Hanmi, which is a social recognition and a new starting point for life, and I am very grateful to the company for giving me this opportunity.

From a freshman understanding nothing to a department head today, everything happened just in a flash. I have experienced and learned a lot of things, and have grown a lot. At the beginning of entering the company, I was trained for 3 months at the headquarter in South Korea, it was really hard, but it gave me a lot of gains; when I showed signs of reluctance or embarrassment and beat a retreat for the establishment of R&D Center after returning to Beijing, the company leadership gave strong support, and this so-called problem became a perfect opportunity for my overall exercises and upgrade; the number of employees in this department grows from only 2 to 28, with instrument assets of more than 5 million yuan and an independent animal house where a variety of animal experiments (including primates) can be done; experimental projects were started from the very beginning, and today they cover DNA, RNA, proteins, cells, tissues and intact animals at all levels; our project is also successfully carried out from molecular design to pre-clinical evaluation...

Now, I cannot help myself to exclaim over the flight of time while sitting in the bright and clean office. With the support of leadership and the joint efforts of colleagues, the research center has made a breakthrough progress, and my personal ability has been greatly improved. But we still cannot relax, and there are new challenges for us to meet.

The life of man has only three days, yesterday, today and tomorrow. Yesterday means the past without too much time deserving our nostalgia in addition to experience; we have to choose the right starting point today; once you find the right direction, try to reach for tomorrow a day in advance. I will meet a better tomorrow together with the company in a positive attitude.

In the summer of 2007, as a newly graduated student, I had the honor to join the R&D Center of Beijing Hanmi Pharm. Co., Ltd. More than 4 years have gone by in the blink of an eye since I came to Beijing Hanmi. After entering the big family, what impressed me most is the company's positive work attitude, the enterprise essence full of exploitation and innovation, and the people-oriented enterprise culture, and every employee having high ideals, aspirations and passion is provided with a self-show stage.

Over the years, the R&D Center has grown from an idea in the mind and blueprint to an advanced platform covering nearly 4000 square meters with international first-class instruments and equipment, talents and management philosophy, and it can be obviously seen that the company has attach importance to innovative drug R&D.

Counting through bending the fingers, I have experienced several years in Hanmi unconsciously. Looking back over the last few years, I have experienced a lot along with the company's development and kept on learning, growing and advancing. From the beginning, all that in front of me are new development and new requirements every year, and I have to raise my head and choose to go forward.
I can only improve constantly by keeping demanding myself, and that's the way I grew from an ordinary sales representative to the city sales manager. Over the 8 years, I have summed up some points of view to share with you：
1.Remember that great success is often not achieved overnight, you must learn to break down your goals, and gradually implement them.

3. Life is a process of constantly picking up and abandoning to achieve a balance between gain and loss.
