研究中心 项目经理 中科院生物制药专业，硕士学历，2009年6月加入韩美

走出校门加入韩美，不知不觉已走过五个年头。韩美是我踏入社会的起点，亦是我探索未知人生的航站，它提供了宽广的平台，令我自由施展。回味其中，真的非常有幸加入韩美，亦感谢韩美给我提供了这个机会。

加入研究中心这五年，我有幸能和公司一起成长，见证了公司药品种类的创新和销售业绩的飞速增长，亦经历了韩美研究中心从小变大，从弱变强的过程。短短几年，韩美研究中心已经成长为集化学药物研究、生物新药研究和药理毒理研究为一体，拥有丰富的国际一流研发设备以及100多名精英研发人员的高端平台。

高品质、高水平的平台需要先进的管理理念。研发中心以开放式的管理理念，注重员工的培训与个人成长，开拓进取，激情创新，丰富员工的生活和工作内容，使员工拥有积极的工作态度和饱满的工作热情，让每个研究人员拥有家一样的感觉。

2015年，韩美新建的生物新药GMP中试车间将会投入使用，届时，将会有诸多生物新药进入临床申报。作为一名项目经理，能够参与和负责车间建设、设备采购，并推进未来的临床申报工作，在得到锻炼和成长的同时，我也为研究中心的成果感到光荣和自豪。

本着“人间尊重，价值创造”的理念，以及韩美人踏实肯干的精神，相信韩美的明天将会更加辉煌！

Five years passed since I graduated from University and join in Hanmi. Beijing Hanmi is the starting point of my step into society. It also provide a great platform for me to grow and play. It’s my great honor to entry Beijing Hanmi. During the five years, I, luckily, grow together with our company, witness the fast increasing of drug variety and sales volume, experience the procedure of Research Center from small to big and strong. Research Center focused on new chemical and biological drug discovery, equipped with international first class equipment and high quality researchers.

High quality and high level platform need advanced management concept.

Research center pay attention to personal training personal growth, enrich researcher’s life and work content, make every researcher work with positive attitude and enthusiasm.

Our newly constructed GMP BioPlant will start production in 2015, and we’ll have some biological new drug pushed to clinical stage. It’s my honor to participate in the plant construction, equipment purchasing and clinical application in future as a project leader. And I’m so proud for the R&D achievement we’ll got.

Based on our company concept ‘Human respect, Value creation’ and Hanmi people’s hard work , our company will have a brilliant future!
